Vi har lagt til hvor mange utstillinger og hvor mange plasseringer hver enkelt hund har. Dette er kun for info så andre kan følge med på hvor mange plasseringer hver enkelte har. 
Til helgen setter vi oss i bilen for å kjøre ned til Førde og 2 dagers handler kurs for Sunnfjorden Hundeklubb, samt en liten utstillingetrening påfølgende Onsdag. Ellers masse fjell turer med hundene. Mulig fiske stanga også før prøvd seg denne sommeren/høsten.

Best Bitch 2: Ch Courtborne Leia-Organa. Best bitch 3 with cert and new Norwegian champion: Courtborne Rey, Owner Arne Foss-Elisabeth Bugge Olsen ( Knl Paper Moon ) & Kristin Hoff. BIM Ch Courtborne Sheldon. Best male 2 Courtborne Hanzo. Best male 3 with CAC and new Norwegian Swedish and Finnish champion Courtborne Jung-Su.

Sunday 13. Judge for the day: Svein Helgesen. Another brilliant day for us. This day was a little different results, but we are still unbeatable :). BOB BIG Courtborne Hanzo, Best Male 2 Ch Courtborne Sheldon. Best male 3: Courtborne Coco Loco with CAC.Owner: Atris Helgheim and Riemo Ersma. (He is now fully certified together with Courtborne Hanzo) Best male 4 Ch Courtborne Jung-Su. BIM: Ch Courtborne Sagittarius. Best Bitch 2 Ch Courtborne Rey.Owner Arne Foss-Elisabeth Bugge Olsen and Kristin Hoff. Best Bitch 4 Ch Courtborne Leia-Organa.

From the Netherlands we got this result. Courtborne Chewbacca won her last CAC and became Dutch champion. In other words, the Courtborne got 3 new champions this weekend. Congrat to owner: Margreet Veenstra - Bart Schereens.

The page "Norwegian whippet points" will be updated this weekend. After Saturday's show (Oppdal) and the same on Sunday. So just take a look after the weekend to see if there is any news on the site. The site is still a private and pre list that is calculated by Jørgen.

In the top 10, bitches and male dogs you will see a star behind some names. This is to mark who is new on the top 10 list of both sexes. Will see if I can get arrows fixed up and down as well.

UPDATE 02.09.2020

Another fantastic news from North-Norway. Ch AD Courtborne Sirius-Black is now an approved search dog, at the age of 11 years. Thanks to owner Charlotte Johanssen who keeps this gentleman in such great condition.
- Next weekend we are in Ålesund to hold an exhibition course. The weekend after, there is another exhibition. This time in Oppdal. 2 x exhibition, the whole crew of Courtborne will be there. Rita, Steinar, Kristin and Jørgen. Plus many of our puppy owners. We hope for a wonderful weekend. 2 of our Courtborne dogs are responsible for the championship, the 2 only need one small CC to achieve the Norwegian championship. We cross our fingers for these two.

Sunday 23. Once again she won a cc, this time under judge Marit Sunde, she ended the day as BEST IN SHOW junior. Congrat to owner: Karine Riksheim and Arnulf Eliseussen ( Knl Cayahoga )

Today Kristin made her debut in the Dachshund ring. Breed special in Trøndelag under the respected and knowledgeable judge: Per Harald Nymark. Kristin and Sara's Lovestone`s Manchego finally got BOB with CAC. Thus, it was into the BEST IN SHOW ring. A few rounds for the referee and then the referee named Namira as BEST IN SHOW. What a debut for this team.

What a fantastic weekend it was for Kennel Courtborne at the double Whippet show weekend in Trondheim. Ch Courtborne Sagittarius went all the way both days and became BEST IN SHOW for judge Brit S Brodwall on Saturday and Anne Mette Mikkelsen on Sunday. Our junior male Courtborne Hanzo became BEST IN SHOW JUNIOR both days with Nkk cert. On Sunday he also became best male dog and BOS.
In young male males, Courtborne Jung-Su won both days and on Saturday BEST IN SHOW limit class. On Sunday he became BOS limit. He placed as best male dog No. 4 and No. 2 this weekend. Working class so Courtborne Vespa became BEST IN SHOW both days with ck. Ch AD Courtborne Shiva best working male both days and BOS working class. He also placed as best male dog no. 4 on Sunday. In the veteran ring, Ch Courtborne Hera continues her incredible career by becoming BEST IN SHOW veteran both days and placing herself as best bitch no. 3 on Saturday and no. 4 on Sunday. The young and upcoming bitch, Courtborne Blue-Berry became best junior bitch and BOS junior. Fantastic show results from Lofoten .. Saturday BOS: Courtborne Vikings-Toke who is fully certified in Norway. Judge: Arne Foss. Sunday, BOS: Ch Courtborne Armani. Judge: Svein Helgesen. Owner of both is Linda Dillan.
Lure Coursing News. From Sweden we got the great news that Courtborne Mi-Cha ran his last license race and got his license. Congratulations to owner: Jenny Eklund. Our own dogs, Dk Jv 2018 Courtborne Leia-Organa also ran their last approved license race on Sunday 12/7. On Saturday 11/7, Hel Jv 19 Fin Jv 19 Courtborne Jung-Su managed their last license race. Both are fully certified in Norway. C Leia-Organa only needs a national CC to become Norwegian and Danish champion. Jung-Su must first be 2 years old. Both of these will be looking at Lure coursing trials in the Nordics. We look forward to seeing these run after the rag. That same weekend, we also lent our licensed dogs to other competitors who needed support dogs for their license race. Time is not always enough to be everywhere. Especially when a man has 6 dogs to warm up and go down.

Courtborne Hanzo debuted in the junior class with a great No.2 with cq. Courtborne Luke Skywalker became No. 2 in the junior dog class with cq. Courtborne Vikings-Toke No. 4 in open class. Congratulations to all the courtborne owners and what a great day it was for every man. Fight the mood around the ring even with the covid-19 rules. Thanks to Trøndelag Terrier Club for putting this together. No sour mines.

Lure Coursing News from Sweden 08.06.2020

​This weekend was Courtborne Mi-Cha (Emma) at her first Lure Coursing / License race. Her first race was rated very good and passed. Then we cross our fingers that there are several license runs on her and that the license book is in the box for Autumn prov. If all goes well and that we can conduct Lure coursing prov in Norway - Sweden. The owner of Emma is Jenny Eklund.

LC TRAINING 28.05.2020

Then the Lure Coursing season has started so small here in Trøndelag. The first training of the year will be the first Saturday (May 30) We have announced four dogs to hope that everyone will try. Unfortunately, Courtborne Leia-Organa has to restart its licensing process. But we have a fun activity :)

Not much to report in these times. Nkk Trondheim is on tour, the last weekend in June. Then the Norwegian whippet club has come up with information on its facebook page that there will be a double show in Trondheim this past weekend in July. So then we have a bit to look forward to. Otherwise, in kennel Courtborne there is a round of our sponsors and newsletters with these. Thanks to everyone who sponsors us year after year. Appetite dog food - Non-Stop Dogwear - Katohund (Myklebust whale products) - Hund-1 Trondheim.We hope for a big registration from our puppy owner these two weekends in Trondheim. Although the social may not be quite the same, it is fun with some company.

Here are some links to some statistic about bob and bos winning whippets in Norway from 2000 until today.  This statistic is meant as a nice piece of information and nothing else. You will also find a link of male dogs in Norway that have more than one litter per year in Norway from 2000 until today.
​Import dogs to Norway. These statistics were also published on a facebook page "Whippetvenner Norge" Sadely they removed by the administrators as quickly as they were posted. This completely without feedback this of  removal. A little sight when this is a fun read for many whippet people in Norway. Would have been something else if Jørgen had not made this statistic.
Info about the European Championship in Lure Coursing 2020. Unfortunately, this event is canceled. The cancellation was not to be avoided in these Covid-19 times. Sad news for everyone who was qualified and signed up. But there will be more championships and more opportunities.

A cardiologist test, and her heart is just fine.This test was unfortunately kept secret for us, and other rumors were put out.This proves what we have been saying all along. This dog is healthy. Due to the corona virus, all activities with crowds of over 500 people have been canceled in Norway. Thus, the Norwegian kennel club closes its exhibition in Kristiansand first coming weekend. Also Villmarksmessa next weekend in our home town of Trondheim is canceled.This was a puppy show and match show .. The Corona virus spreads fast so we urge everyone to take the advance rules that the Directorate of Health sends out.If everyone follows these then probably this goes over . Take care of yourself and those closest to your health in the time ahead. If anyone needs help because of the "quarantine" set up, next time you might be.

For the first time we have run an hole season on the Lure coursing course .. This to see or prove that the whippet is "yes please, both" We placed 2 pieces on this year's whippet Lc dog. Courtborne Vespa No. 8. Ch AD Hjortronblommas Quick Step No. 10 .. But not only that, at this year's Lc sighthound it was probably a top position .. Courtborne Vespa No. 2, only 0.42 points behind the winner .. Ch AD Courtborne Shiva became No. 9 ... Our Afghanhound became "Lure Coursing Afghans of the Year 2019" All these dogs over are taken out at the national team 2020.

My Dog 2020. What a great start to the new year. Sunday: Judge, legendary referee Nenne Runsten .. BOB and BIG3 Ch Courtborne Hera..This was an emotional moment for us in courtborne when Nenne set Hera up as BOB winner..Courtborne Romeo became Bim junior ..
Monday, Judge Bertil Lundgren .. BIM Ch Courtborne Hera who once again proved his best. Hera also became BOB veteran..We were not left to the BIS veteran ring when we had to drive home .. Courtborne Romeo again became BIM junior with this day with Swedish cert .. Courtborne Leia-Organa won the young dog class both days, but not placed in best bitch classes. We want to thank everyone who congratulated us on the ring after this fantastic weekend .. There is something very special about a dog of almost 10 years who shows up time and time again ... The Whippet was the biggest breed on Sunday, 104 signed up ..
