We at the Courtborne kennel are very proud to present four dogs from us who have been selected to the national team for Lure Coursing 2020 .. The European Championships will be held in Budapest / Hungary on the first weekend in May, 2020. The following dogs are selected: Ch Esbelto`s Coco Chanel, Ch AD Courtborne Shiva, Ch AD Hjortronblomma's Quick Step and Courtborne Vespa. As far as we know, we are the only people from Trøndelag to have dogs on this national team in 2020

SHOW NEWS FROM FINLAND 12.12.2019

Then here we came home from a fantastic trip to Finland .. Helsinki winner and Finnish winner 2019 .. Judge Saturday: Mark Wibier .. Sunday Sajia Juttilainen .. We start with our junior males, Courtborne Jung-Su won the junior class and got Helsinki junior wins 2019 title. Then it was our one and only Ch Courtborne Sheldon, who once again became the best male dog and new winner title, Helsinki winner 2019, he thus repeated 2018. Our "queen" Ch Courtborne Hera turned out from her best side .. She first won a big veteran class with 6 bitches, then best bitch .. With this she became Finnish and Nordic show champion..Also Helsinki veteran winner and Helsinki winner 2019 and ended the day with being BIG4 .. On Sunday it was Finnish winner 2019 .. Once again with a good number of whippets .. Junior male class won Courtborne Jung-Su again and got a great Finnish junior winner 2019 title .. Again, Ch Courtborne Hera put his paws in the ring, won veteran class and Finnish veteran winner 2019, and in the best bitch class she stood as number 1 and Finnish winner 2019. Finally she ended the day to be BOB and BIG4 .. In other words an unforgettable weekend .. Other results .. Courtborne Julie No. 2 in the junior bitch class, Courtborne Seoul No. 3..

​Then Dogs4All was over for our part too .. We had some brilliant days with our wonderful puppy owners and good friends .. We will present the results a little further down the page .. Our Courtborne dogs and offspring after our male dogs .. Thanks to Appetitt for one great year, Non-Stop Dogwear for another year of gear .. KatoHund with Omega 3 oil, absolutely amazing .. Grete and Trond from HundiTrondheim with fantastic grooming products that make our dogs shine a little extra in the ring .. Thank you very much to all of you .. This was probably our last show of the year as we have other plans for Christmas .. Thanks to our travel follow and fight friend, Bente .. Always fun and enjoyable with you on tour .. Thanks to Rita Guldbrandsen for some great words on facebook, you always have a smile and a great comment :) Thanks to everyone for cheering on us and Ch Courtborne Hera through this year .. She joined her 6 BOB at the Norwegian kennel club, and exhibitions "Whippet of the year 2019" at NKK .. This is the third time she has managed this. So we can say that she is the queen of the whippet ring 2019. Ch Courtborne Hera also became "Veteran of the Year # 2 on the NKK list" This is a great result considering who we competing against .. We also became the best sighthound breeder at NKK 2019 .. Which we are very proud of.

Puppy has left the home 28.10.2019

Courtborne Winston will live in Sweden at Kennel Speedcrown`s, Chatarina Næslund.

Then all the puppies from our first litter born 30.08.2019 have moved to their new owners .. We wish them all the best .. The puppies in litter # 2 are also sold, where owners will be named when they have picked up their puppy themselves .. The owners even want this to then we relate to their desire .. We are not an info channel. Some have moved to Sweden and one is going to Finland .. Some of our former puppy buyers have come back and bought their second, third etc etc, puppy from us .. This we see as a statement of confidence from you .. Quality rather than quantity. All the puppies as well as the mother in these two litters are fed on Appetitt puppy feed with KatoHund whale oil .. this combination has given the testicles on all 7 male puppies in these litters .. We have now made this mixture of 4 litters with a total of 12 male dogs and all have got their testicles

Lure coursing season 26.09.2019

Lure coursing season 2019 was somewhat amputated in the fall, due to this mysterious disease that suddenly appeared in Norway .. Some of our dogs were to decorate the results in the fall, when one test went a little to h ... for the results .. When you live where you live it is demanding to be right up there on the result lists..But we are anyway happy with our dogs, no injuries this year .. Some are top five and one is well bred winner 2019. Some new license books are soon in the box too ... It has been announced "club championship in sprint 2019" in Trøndelag so we cross our fingers that this little fun test will be carried out..Just a fun thing for the dogs and totally unpretentious fun. Now we look forward to the last exhibitions of the year, not many again .. If we look back on the calendar then the year has been rich for our part in kennel Courtborne .. Many great and big wins .. Ch Courtborne Hera has dominated the whippet ring in Norway this year round .. Almost unbelievable how good this dog turns out time and time again..She really likes to show off .. Some of her offspring have also made it big in the ring .. Courtborne Chewbacca with all his winning titles in Europe, and all the certes he has won .. Junior champion has also been there .. Dk jv 2018 Courtborne Leia Organa has shown up in the ring too, she is now fully certified in Norway and Denmark. Waiting only to be two years to crown the work with champion titles..She has also been best in show intermediate class twice in 2019. (Norway and Sweden) Her litter sister Courtborne Rey is also fully certified in Norway as well as Cruft's Qualified 2020.Courtborne Luke Skywalker and Courtborne Tempo have turned out great with both exl and CC from their classes .. Both have also tried Lure coursing with great pleasure .. Ch Courtborne Sagittarius has also proven with her fine wins this year that she belongs in Norway's top bitch competition.. Courtborne Aprilia won best in show early this year and is fully certified in Norway, needs only one national CC to be able to claim herself as Norwegian champion.  Courtborne Vespa has proved this Lure coursing season that she is one of Norway's top five Lure coursing bitches in international class..

Whippet bitch.. Courtborne Vespa was nr 25 after first run, and in some way the judge on the Field put her 13p after the race partner. Nobody could tell why..Check facebook for the race to judge for yourself . But this is how it goes .. Vespa, on the other hand, had the best points sum in the second half (winner of race 2), which tells us that she belongs in the top .. She run from 25 place to 7 place..Only a point from cert..
She is curent top 8 in Norway at the coursing.eu list.

Ch Courtborne Hera writh histori over and over..This time in a age of 9 she became BEST IN SHOW and BEST IN SHOW veteran ( 3 of 3 at this show ) Hera is one off the most winning whippet in Norway in all time..She`s second on the bob list..Maybe she take the top tru this year :)
Courtborne Romeo had his debut in the ring and behave very well and win the male class, later BOS puppy..We are very pleased With him.. Kennel Courtborne also became BEST IN SHOW BREEDER..Ch Courtborne Sheldon was 3 best male. Thanks to all of Our puppy owner how took a part off this show..

Quick update .. This week we will publish health reports on dogs from us..This will probably surprise some people who think otherwise about their dogs .. Here you will see that we have always given the right information ..
The one dog is already the information provided on the page..The reports from the vetrin can be seen soon ..
There will always be some instances of where someone concludes will be sick etc etc .. During the course of their breeder, all breeders will experience one or the other ..
